MERSEA ISLAND FOOD, DRINK & LEISURE FESTIVAL RETURNS IN 2010 - JOIN US!
Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th May, 11am to 5pm

The Mersea Island Food, Drink & Leisure Festival is a celebration of local food and drink, supports good causes and provides fun for all the family. In 2009 the Festival attracted approx. 8,000 residents and visitors raising over £5,000 for local charities and community groups. In 2010 we will be entertained by musicians, singers and dancers with plenty of activities for the Children too. Demonstrations include an observation bee hive, cookery demonstrations and more.
Join us in making the Mersea Island Food, Drink & Leisure Festival 2010 an event that we can again be proud of.
Contact us now if you are a local business, entertainer, club, society or individual wanting to get involved and raise much needed funds for local charities and community groups while celebrating Mersea Island past and present.
Discounted pitch fees available for local businesses; refreshments and reasonable expenses provided for volunteers.
